To
use Remote Dialer with MSN dialup service you need
to make a new dial up connection named "MSN"
1. Double click on My Computer.
2. Click on Dial-Up Networking
3. Click on Make New Connection
4. When prompted for a name of the connection,
call the connection "MSN"
and click Next.
5. Enter in the area code and phone number for
the access number you wish to use
and click Next.
6. Click Finish.
7. Right click on the connection just created
and select Properties.
8. On the Server Types tab, select ONLY the following
selections: Enable software
compression, and TCP/IP
9. Click Ok.
10. Double click on the connection.
11. Change the user name to the following format:
MSN/username
(substitute your user name)
12. Click on the button to Connect.
