1. Q: Why can I connect to the server? while network connection

           seems to be OK

     A: Check client configuration screen whether  server IP address

           and port number correct

2. Q: How can I find IP address of the server?

    A: At the computer where "Remote Dialer server" is installed open:

         start menu > setting>control panel >network and dial up connection

         > local area connection > properties > Internet protocol  > advanced.

         * This step is for win2000, for other version of windows may vary slightly

3. Q: Why  the connection speed does not appear instead it shows error message

          "cannot find log file, please enable modems log file"

     A: For  connection speed to appear correctly you need to enable modem log

          start menu > setting>control panel > phone and modem options

          >modems >(select modem name)> properties >diagnostics >append to log
